Blending
Lacquer adapts to temperature and humidity and requires the intuition of experienced craftsmen to enrich the dynamic medium's deep tone and luster.
STEP 4:
Application
Lacquer is then carefully applied to one pelt at a time.
STEP 5:
Reproduction
Recreating precise and consistent patterns demands years of expertise.
STEP 6:
Sewing
The combination of deerskin and lacquer makes assembly a greater challenge than for ordinary leather goods.
STEP 7:
Finishing
Final touches are completed by hand with great care and attention to detail.
